Drainage and Refrigeration Planning for Commercial Fit-Outs

A commercial kitchen fit-out involves far more than choosing appliances, benches, and finishes.

Behind the equipment is a network of drainage, wastewater, refrigeration, ventilation, water, and electrical services that all need to work together. If those systems are planned separately, conflicts can emerge once installation is already underway, potentially leading to extra excavation, altered pipework, equipment being moved, or finished areas being opened up again.
